Timelines depend entirely on the scope of the project. A standard corporate website typically takes 1–2 weeks. E-commerce platforms and web applications range from 3–8 weeks. We confirm your exact timeline in writing before work begins — no surprises.
Yes — upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the design, code, and assets created specifically for your project transfer to you. Withubb retains rights only to reusable internal frameworks and libraries used across multiple projects, which will be documented in your project handover files.
We need your brand information (logo, colours, and written content), the domain name you'd like to use, and access to any existing accounts or platforms. We'll send you a full onboarding checklist when your project kicks off. Timely feedback and content from your side directly affects how quickly we can deliver.
Yes. We offer two options: Fully Managed — where we handle everything including hosting, automated backups, security updates, and domain renewals — or Client Managed — where you take full responsibility after we hand over the project. We strongly recommend the Fully Managed option for businesses without in-house technical teams.
Our websites are scoped and priced per project, so the cost depends on the features required, the complexity of the work, and whether you need ongoing hosting and management. The exception is our Quick Launch offers, which have fixed starting prices. We always send a clear written quote before any work begins, with no hidden fees. We accept Bank/wire Transfer, Payoneer, PayPal, Paxum, Capitalist, Paystack, Flutterwave, and SquadCo. For project-based work, a deposit (typically 50% of the agreed fee) is required before development begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery and your written approval. Official receipts are issued after every payment.
Yes. We accept payment in both Euro, Pound, NGN and USD, even in Crypto especially for international clients. Our Hotel Management Software pricing is available in both currencies. Contact us directly for the applicable rate at the time of your engagement.
It depends on your package. Silver covers the core platforms with monthly paid ads. Gold extends to more platforms including LinkedIn and WhatsApp Channel, with a dedicated designer and content creator. Custom packages are fully tailored to your needs.
You'll need to provide your brand information and existing social media handles, at least 50 initial media assets (videos and images of your products or services), and first-month payment before onboarding begins. If you don't have existing accounts, we'll create and fully optimise them for a one-time ₦50,000 setup fee.
A minimum of 2 weeks' written notice is required before cancelling any social media management package. This ensures we can properly close active campaigns and hand over your accounts and content assets in good order.

You do — always. Withubb Ltd retains ownership of the software code and architecture, but all hotel data including guest records, reservations, payment history, and operational records belongs entirely to you. This is formally outlined in the Master Service & Maintenance Agreement (MSMA) and NDA that are signed before the service begins.
We guarantee 99.5% monthly uptime for all HMS clients. The system is monitored 24/7 via Sentry with real-time error alerts, and automated daily cloud backups plus weekly offsite storage are included on every plan. Critical issues receive a response within 1 hour.
Both options are available. Online classes are open to students anywhere in the world via live sessions with recordings. On-site classes are held at our Nkwo Nike, Enugu campus for those in or near Enugu State. You choose your preferred mode at the point of enrolment.
